The PURSUE document registry: 450 government records with the link to the material at the publisher, 300 of which reach the material itself. Titles and identifiers as published, assessed by nobody.

Why the data is open
A database that cannot be checked by machine is just another opinion. Open data lets anyone recompute our scores, find an error in them and show it. That is the only way a project like this can earn credibility.
